During Chris Brown‘s
probation hearing in California on Monday, it was revealed the singer
recently failed a drug test, and the judge strongly reiterated how
important it is for him to obey all laws.
The judge noted that Brown tested positive for marijuana in June. And
while Brown had explained to his probation officers that he ingested
the substance in California, where he has a medicinal marijuana card,
the judge pointed out that unfortunately the singer had been tested in
Virginia.
Regardless, the judge mentioned Brown was never ordered to undergo mandatory drug testing.
